Lawrence Aflague | Founder/Managing Partner
Lawrence is an 8 to 5 employee and a self made entrepreneur. For 15 years he handled Explosives and with the last 10 years being a mix of HAZMAT and UXO (Unexploded Ordnance). He started investing in single family homes and then ventured off into the airline industry. For five years he managed his single family properties and transitioned into Multifamily Investing. With amazing management and communication skills, the follow ups and follow through with on the boots fieldwork Lawrence brings an explosive energy to the company and the Multifamily Investing world.
Joann Marie Aflague | Founder/Asset Manager
Joann comes from a background of Single Family Self Constructed Real Estate. Single Family Property manager for 10 years and transitioned into Multifamily Investing alongside The Multifamily Mindset Investing Company. With a handful of homes built from the ground up and years of property managing her father, an employee in the day and an entrepreneur at night proved that with spare time money can be made and paved a way for opportunities. Real Estate was beaded in Joann and when she inherited her property she knew that the legacy of her dad would be carried on for generations to come. Gifted by her knowledge and self made property management skills our company understands what it takes to manage our assets.
